Of course it doesn’t and realistically this is going to pop out various other issues that arise, like not getting enough rest , which can lead to other various health product like high blood pressure and feeling genuinely like shit. Once this happens, you will end up struggling with other things and slowing down across board with all the previous daily task you must do, and not to mention, affecting your sexy life with your partner and yourself!
A few ways to change it?

So maybe, we need to take more time for ourselves and get that much needed “me time” whether it’s a 2 hour long bath, a long relaxing date with 0 expectations with the hubby or wife or maybe combining the partner, bath, lotions, oils and maybe a couples sex toy.
